Job: Sales Representative

Location: 2020 S. Oneida St. Denver, CO 80224 (remote 1 day/wk and fully when on quota)

Hours: M-F 9-5

Pay: $20 - $25/hr and weekly commission target of $570

We’re Alpine Maids, a different kind of cleaning company. Based in Denver, we’re obsessed with making people’s lives simple and this starts with our team. We’ve built an award-winning culture rooted in growth, empathy, and real support, and we’re now looking for a sales representative to be the voice (and heart) of our client experience.

This is an in person position where you'll be working our lead dashboard and trying to close leads into long term happy clients. It's an easy sell if you 'get' our clients (busy parents and professionals who we can help). They are calling for a clean home and it's an easy sell as we're Colorado's only INC 5000 maid service. We really do have the best maids in town!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage all inbound leads – Call every quote fast, and follow up like a pro.

  • Build real relationships – We’re not just closing deals; we’re learning pet names and remembering birthdays.

  • Set expectations – Make sure clients know exactly what to expect (no surprises = fewer cancels and more commission).

  • Keep it tight – Work with our team to build efficient routes and smooth field experience.

  • Be everywhere – Help clients, support maids, write notes, send postcards, good vibes. You’re a utility player.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got inbound sales experience, preferably in a small business or startup.

  • You’re warm and bubbly - people love talking to you even if you're an introvert at heart.

  • You’ve worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality and crushed it.

  • You know how to ask great questions, listen closely, and move quickly.

  • You love organizing chaos and own your process like it’s your baby.

Where This Can Go:

  • Year 1: You’re a fully autonomous sales rep, closing over 50% of recurring leads.

  • Year 2: You’re moving up and mentoring a junior sales rep and making strategic improvements.

  • Future: You’re the Head of Client Experience, building scalable systems that drive long-term growth.

Compensation + Perks:

  • $20–$25/hr base

  • Uncapped commission $80 per recurring client net (gain-loss). Target is $560/week
